Description

Founded by Carlo and Sonet Engelbrecht nearly 30 years ago making us one of the older Hunting operators in South Africa , we are a proud second-generation family-owned hunting company, built on tradition, experience, and a deep respect for Africa’s wildlife. Today, the legacy continues with our son Hugo Engelbrecht, who is actively involved in the family business, ensuring that our values and standards carry forward into the next generation.

Our operations are based primarily in South Africa, with a strong focus on the renowned Zululand region. Our flagship hunting area, Magudu Game Reserve, spans an impressive 24,000 acres (11,000 hectares) of prime African wilderness. The reserve is home to exceptional game, including elephant, buffalo, hippo, and a wide variety of plains game—offering truly authentic and challenging African hunting experiences.

In addition to our South African operations, we also offer carefully selected hunting opportunities in Zimbabwe, Namibia, Zambia, and Tanzania, allowing our clients access to some of the finest hunting destinations on the continent.
