Services free of charge
1. News Service
Send us your text and image material. Hardcopies are then being supplied for journalists in the press centre during the show.
If you wish to make use of this service, please send your text (one week prior to the event at the latest) to presse@reedexpo.at. The text should not exceed an A4 page format (approximately 3,000 characters in pt. 11 letters) and it should preferably be written in Word or PDF format. You may also attach an image. Please write “News service-Die Hohe Jagd & Fischerei” in the subject line.
Do not forget to include your company’s full name, address, telephone and fax number, email and Internet address, hall and stand number as well as the name of the contact person at your stand.
2. Press conferences
Please coordinate any media events or briefings at the fair in good time. If you are planning to stage a press conference, give us sufficient notice and we will gladly add your event to the press diary and announce the date and time in the Internet (homepage of the event). This information also helps timetable clashes to be avoided.

3. Press Box
During the fair the press centre is the central meeting and working point for journalists and other media representatives. You are invited to place your press kits there. Please bring your press kit and information material (approx. 50 copies) directly to the press centre on the first day of the event. You can pick up any copies left over on the last day. During the show, we kindly ask you to designate a person responsible for occasionally checking that your press kits don’t run out and independently supplying replacements if necessary.
Cost: € 45,00 + VAT + fees (1 % of the gross sum for compulsory legal fees)
4. Publication on the Internet
Your press releases will be published at Die Hohe Jagd & Fischerei Press prior to the start of the event. Furthermore the press releases are being published on the front page of the event’s homepage. Even after the event has finished, the texts will not be deleted but remain online until superseded by the next event. The copy should be approximately 3,000 characters long (in pt. 11 letters) and preferably in Word or PDF format. You may also attach up to two images (1MB at the most) in jpg format. Do not forget to include the copyrights (for the images), your company’s full name, address, telephone and fax number, email and Internet address, hall and stand number and the name of a contact person at your stand.

5. Combi-All-inclusive-Package
There is also the opportunity of a Combi-All-Inclusive price offer: press News Service + Press Box in the press centre + publication in the Internet – you save up to 20 % to booking separately.
