OPENING TIMES OPENING TIMES Thursday / Saturday 9 am - 6 pm Sunday 9 am - 5 pm ASSEMBLY TIMES ASSEMBLY TIMES Monday February 20th 2012 8 am - 6 pm Tuesday February 21th 2012 8 am - 6 pm Wednesday February 22th 2012 8 am - 6 pm Special arrangements with regard to the assembly times must be arranged with the organisers. We have to point out that we will charge € 371,00 (excl. VAT) per each additional set-up and dismantling day (from 8:00 a.m. up to 6:00 p.m.). For additionally required hours we have to charge € 46.00/per hr. (excl. VAT) from 6:00 p.m. up to 8 p.m. Further needed hours starting from 8:00 p.m. are quoted with € 64.00/per hr. (excl. VAT). This daily rate ist applied per hall (hall 1-9 and Arena) or in hall 10 per segment respectively. Stand assembly must be initiated at the latest by: Wednesday, February 22th 2012, 12.00 Should occupation of the rented stand area not be taken up by this time, and no communication to the contrary be received, the organiser reserves the right, without further notification, to otherwise dispose the site, in which case the whole rent for the stand will be charged in the invoice. All works on the stand must be completed by 6 pm of the last set-up day at the latest. Should this time be exceeded, the organiser has the right to make a charge for the extra costs involved. EXHIBITING TIMES Thursday February 23th 2012 9 am - 6 pm Friday February 24th 2012 9 am - 6 pm Saturday February 25th 2012 9 am - 6 pm Sunday February 26th 2012 9 am - 5 pm Opening hours for exhibitors Thursday February 23th 2012 8 am - 6.30 pm Friday February 24th 2012 8 am - 6.30 pm Saturday February 25th 2012 8 am - 6.30 pm Sunday February 26th 2012 8 am - 10.00 pm DISMANTLING TIMES DISMANTLING TIMES commence immediately after the close of the event: Sunday February 26th 2012 5 pm - 10 pm Monday February 27th 2012 8 am - 6 pm Should this times be exceeded, the organiser has the right to clear the stand site and store any items at the cost and risk of the exhibitor. After dismantling, the stand site must be left in its original state; any damage that has occured through improper use obliges the exhibitor to compensate the organisers for the said damage.With respect to the trade fair activities and the other exhibitors as well as on behalf of the visitors an early dismantling is excluded. During the opening times, competent staff has to be present and the stand has to be equipped appropriately.
